Current public-site controls

What is true of the public channel today.

These statements describe this static website and its public intake path. They are not a claim about an engagement environment that has not yet been scoped.

Static delivery

The website is built as a static Astro site and released through a GitHub Pages workflow. The repository includes build, content, evidence, route, and live audits. Production edge behavior still depends on the configured CDN/DNS layer.

Public intake boundary

Contact, report, Signal, and Global Brief forms are for routing and context only. They use Global Enterprise delivery service to route messages to [email protected]. Do not submit secrets, credentials, classified, export-controlled, patient, or otherwise sensitive information.

Privacy-focused analytics

Plausible is used for aggregate page and interaction measurement. The privacy notice describes the current data categories, form provider, analytics boundary, and deletion request path.

Vulnerability reporting

A public security.txt file provides the reporting route and policy link. Engagement-specific incident contacts, escalation, recovery, and notification obligations must be agreed before sensitive work begins.

Diligence map

What is public, what is scoped, and what needs confirmation.

A mature procurement process distinguishes a public website statement from an engagement control. This table makes the boundary explicit.

Procurement and delivery routes

Use the public boundary for the question you actually carry.

Contracting officers, CORs, acquisition teams, primes, and SMEs can start with the first-party diligence context here. The teaming destination remains a clearly labeled organizational handoff.

Pursuit and teaming

When the next conversation is about the team around the work.

If you are shaping a pursuit, subcontracting model, or delivery partnership, continue with the organization that carries those conversations. Global Enterprise remains the source for our capability and delivery boundaries.

Request the diligence pack

Bring the questionnaire. We will make the boundary legible.

For a qualified procurement conversation, ask for the current leadership qualification package, permissioned reference path, security questionnaire response, insurance and continuity materials where applicable, and the engagement-specific data and subcontractor terms. Those materials should be current, relevant to the proposed work, and shared through the appropriate channel.

Start with the real question

Composure is a competitive advantage when the world is changing quickly.

The first useful move is making the system legible enough to choose what comes next without creating unnecessary motion.

The work begins with the decision, not a perfect brief.
