Privacy
A straightforward approach to privacy.
We keep the information we collect proportionate to the conversation we are having—and clear about the limits of a public website.
Current as of August 2026
In short
We collect what the conversation needs. We do not sell personal information.
Global Enterprise Standard Corporation collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, provide requested perspectives or reports, manage a requested follow-up, and operate this website. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect
The information depends on the conversation you choose to start:
- Leadership engagement: name, title or role, work email, organization, selected conversation context, the mandate you provide, optional decision horizon and system scale, and your contact consent.
- Report or Global Brief request: name or email, organization when requested, the selected use case or context, the requested resource, and your contact consent.
- The Signal request: your email address and consent to receive occasional notes. The request may also include the subject and routing information generated by the form provider.
- Website use: limited aggregate page and interaction events through Plausible Analytics. We do not send the contents of form fields to analytics.
Please do not provide more information than the form asks for. In particular, do not include credentials, secrets, classified or export-controlled material, patient or clinical information, regulated records, or sensitive operational details.
The public form boundary
Leadership engagement, report, and Global Brief requests are handled by Global Enterprise’s first-party brief-delivery service. The service validates the request, applies a basic abuse limit, stores a minimal lead and consent record in a private Azure Blob container, can attach the contact to the Global Enterprise account in Dream Dataverse, and emails a short-lived read-only PDF link when a report was requested. It does not make the PDF container public.
The first delivery workflow is not a secure intake environment. A browser connection may be encrypted in transit, but this public workflow is not an agreed engagement environment with defined access roles, data residency, retention controls, incident obligations, or handling procedures for restricted information. Use the form only for the level of context you would be comfortable sending through a public web workflow.
If your inquiry requires a controlled channel, email [email protected] only to ask for the appropriate next step. Do not put the sensitive material in that email or in the form.
The Signal is a request-and-review model
Requesting The Signal sends your email address and consent through the public form provider for review. It is not an automatic account creation or a guarantee that a mailing will be sent. We review the request before sending occasional evidence-led notes from Global Enterprise.
We use the address for The Signal request and related follow-up, not for unrelated outreach. You may withdraw your request or ask us to stop sending notes at any time by emailing [email protected] with “The Signal” in the subject. The public form does not provide a separate account dashboard, so requests to stop are handled manually.
Why we use the information
- to read and respond to a leadership engagement, resource request, privacy question, or other inquiry;
- to deliver or follow up on a report, Global Brief, or approved Signal request;
- to maintain a minimal record of requests, consent, communications, and any necessary suppression request;
- to protect the website and form workflow from abuse; and
- to understand aggregate website usage and improve the experience.
Analytics
This site uses Plausible Analytics’ privacy-focused measurement service ↗. The site is configured for aggregate page views and limited interaction events such as form starts, form submissions, and selected calls to action. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking, and the analytics events do not contain the values entered into a form.
Retention and deletion
We retain inquiry correspondence, resource requests, consent records, and suppression requests only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested follow-up, maintain an accurate business record, resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or meet a legal obligation. The brief-delivery service keeps the lead event and nurture state in private storage; the PDF itself is not copied into the lead record. Delivery links expire, and the report-specific sequence stops when an unsubscribe request is received.
To ask what information we hold, correct it, request deletion, or withdraw a Signal request, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject. Tell us what you are asking about and the email address or inquiry involved; do not include sensitive material. We may need to verify the request before acting. We will review the request and, where we control the record, delete or stop using the information unless we need to retain it for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Leadership engagement, report, and Global Brief records are stored in Global Enterprise’s private Azure delivery boundary and, where configured, projected to the Global Enterprise relationship record in Dream Dataverse. The Signal request is still routed separately for manual review; its native confirmation and subscription controls are a follow-on improvement.
Privacy questions
For a privacy question, deletion request, correction, or concern about a submission, contact [email protected]. For engagement-specific requirements—such as data residency, controlled transfer, access roles, retention schedules, incident contacts, or regulated information handling—we agree the appropriate controls before sensitive work begins. This public notice does not replace those engagement terms.
